Initially scheduled to take place on the Bugatti circuit of Le Mans from 23rd to 25th October 2020, the FIA European Championship - Superkart could seem to be far removed from the problems caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the chain reactions caused by the change of date of several organisations of the Automobile Club de l'Ouest has finally led to its cancellation. The last option was to postpone the Superkart Competition to 7th and 8th November at the same time as the 24 Hours Truck. It was not pursued because of insoluble problems with clearing the track between the Truck and Superkart sessions.
