The decision to streamline the calendar this year has been made following an assessment of the travel and financial implications related to the ongoing geopolitical situation. To promote and support participation in the more affordable and accessible format, the number of rounds required to qualify for the Arrive and Drive World Cup has therefore been reduced.

The Arrive and Drive Asia-Pacific Championship has been confirmed as taking place over 11-13 September at the Circuit of Macao-Coloane in Macao, SAR. The European and South American championship events remain as schedule in Poland and Brazil.

Furthermore, a reduced entry fee of 3950 euros for each championship has been announced to further support young drivers wishing to participate. The entry fee covers the use of the kart, engine, slick tyres, fuel, trolley and paddock tent over the weekend.

The best placed drivers competing in the Arrive and Drive continental championships will qualify for the second edition of the FIA Karting Arrive and Drive World Cup, the details of which will be announced in the coming days. Last year the inaugural edition of the World Cup welcomed 107 competitors from 50 nationalities, including 15 girls. 91% of drivers also reported that the format made it easier for them to compete internationally.

To enter the 2026 Arrive and Drive championships, drivers must not have previously competed in any FIA Karting Championship or Cup over 2024–2026, however FIA Karting Academy Trophy and 2025 FIA Karting Arrive and Drive World Cup participation is permitted.

Individual driver entries for the European and Asia-Pacific championships are open and available to access at https://www.fiakarting.com/page/inscriptions. Entry information for the 2026 South American Arrive and Drive Championship will be released shortly.

The first 2026 FIA Karting Arrive and Drive Continental Championship will take place next month in Poland at the Autodrom Słomczyn over 17-19 July.
